Insurance

The Therapy Room LLC is currently in-network with the following insurance

  • Aetna

  • Anthem BCBS

  • Anthem EAP

  • Ascension

  • Carelon BH

  • Cigna

  • Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania

  • Quest BH

Not in-network with Medicare or Medicaid/state insurance at this time.

Self-Pay

Rates for self-pay when insurance is not in-network

  • Initial Intake: $200

  • 50 minute session: $120

  • EMDR intensive, 110 minute session: $250

Sliding scale rates can be discussed based on financial need.

You may submit a superbill to your insurance for possible reimbursement of your out-of-network costs.

*Self-pay is not available to those with medicaid or medicare.

Payment

  • All clients are expected to keep an active card on file at all times

  • Accepted payments: credit cards, debit cards, HSA, FSA, HRA, or checking accounts

  • Payment is expected on the day of service for self-pay clients using the card on file.

  • Charges and co-pays may occur on day of service depending on insurance used.
