    • People-pleasing, avoiding conflict, over-explaining yourself

    • Difficulty trusting others, yourself, and the world around you

  • Signs of anxiety:

    • Overthinking or second-guessing yourself

    • Exhaustion or crashing at the end of the day

    • Obsessing over decisions, interactions, or small mistakes

    • Anxious thoughts: “What if this happens?” “What if I fail?”

    • Isolating and avoiding plans you once looked forward to

    • Difficulty getting through the day, low motivation, falling behind

  • Signs of low self-esteem:

    • Never feeling “good enough” or that you’ve done enough

    • Critical inner dialogue “I’m always failing”

    • Comparing yourself to others

    • Difficulty feeling proud of your accomplishments and accepting praise from others

    • Doubting yourself and holding back out of fear of failure
